How to use the treadmill:

First, check the safety lock equipment of the treadmill, get on the machine, put your feet on the anti-skid strips on both sides of the treadmill, and directly press the start button to start the machine. The countdown is 3, 2, 1. After the machine starts to move for about 5 seconds, put your feet on the running belt in turn and start to move. Don't forget to clip the safety lock onto the clothes.

After getting on the bus, start to adjust the speed and slope of the treadmill. If pressing the plus key is a bit cumbersome, you can directly press the shortcut key at the armrest position, choose the speed that suits you and start exercising.

For beginners, it is recommended to start with a brisk walking speed of 4-5, and then slowly accelerate after five minutes. Remember not to exceed 8KM, and the slope setting is -3.

Correct posture is the basic requirement to ensure the effect and avoid injury. The posture of running on the treadmill is roughly the same as that of running on the flat ground, but there are also some places that need special attention. When exercising on the treadmill, be sure to tuck in your abdomen and chest and tighten your back muscles.
