My reasons are as follows.

? First, I like doing things. Once I start, I will stick to it, especially exercise. Since the day I started to make an exercise plan, I have been trying to finish my daily exercise. I ask myself to do sit-ups and exercise my abdominal muscles every day. The daily exercise is 60 standard sit-ups. Rain or shine, never stop.

? Secondly, one day I sprained my waist during exercise, which affected my walking and bending. If you continue to do sit-ups every day, you will have some pain in your waist, but you can still hold back the pain and complete 60 sit-ups. But after the completion, the pain in the waist will increase. If the exercise is interrupted, the abdominal muscles that have just worked hard will rebound as soon as they stop, and the results of hard training in the past may fade. In this case, it is somewhat regrettable to pay for the hard training in the past.

Thirdly, if I stop practicing, it will take about ten days and a half months to recover from my back injury, which will affect the result of my original hard exercise, so I am caught in a contradiction. Because there is a saying that "fishing for three days and drying the net for two days", the consolidation and maintenance of exercise effect need constant long-term persistence in order to effectively maintain a good abdominal muscle performance.

Fourthly, in order to recover the waist injury and keep the exercise effect of abdominal muscle shaping, I finally thought of a compromise, that is, to reduce the original amount of exercise of 60 sit-ups a day, so as to maintain the original amount of exercise and keep the exercise effect from fading. The waist injury can be recovered slowly. In this case, it is also a moderate measure. But I don't recommend this way.

To sum up, we will have some accidents in the process of exercise, and the injuries caused by exercise should be treated in time. It is not recommended that I continue to exercise with this kind of injury, which is not worth the loss, because if I continue to exercise, it may aggravate the injury, but it will cause more serious harm to my body. The correct way is to recover your body first, and then continue to exercise. This is the fundamental method. The body is the capital of everything. If the exercise is temporarily interrupted, the body will be well maintained and the effect of the exercise will certainly be compensated.
