Before confirming this statement, users should go to medical institutions for physical examination, understand their physical condition, and ensure that users have the physical conditions to participate in the fitness products of * * * * clubs, and there are no defects that are not suitable for exercise, such as diseases and injuries. * * * Club will not bear any legal responsibility for any damage caused by the user's illness, injury or other defects when receiving the service.

3. If the user has any physical reasons that affect or may affect the use of fitness products in * * * * Club, and feels any discomfort during the use of fitness products in * * * * Club, please inform the fitness coach of * * * * Club in time. Otherwise, if there is physical damage, the * * * club will not bear legal responsibility.

4. Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from entering the gym of * * * *. Pregnant and lactating women, patients with heart and lung diseases, patients with spinal diseases, patients with skin diseases, patients with joint injuries and all patients with infectious diseases that are not suitable for fitness athletes are prohibited from using the fitness products provided by * * * * Club. If the club and coaching staff conceal the appointment, they will not be responsible for all the consequences caused by others. If it causes damage to a third party, it shall be liable for compensation.

5. The club and the coaching staff will not bear all the consequences for the users who insist on taking classes because of the sports risk assessed by the coach.

6. Users are obliged to abide by the statements, management systems and user manuals, as well as the safety specifications notified in any form (including oral and written). In case of violation of relevant regulations, * * * Club will not bear any legal responsibility for the consequences, and * * * Club has the right to terminate its use qualification, and the paid fees will not be refunded.

7. It is strictly forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages and exciting doses prohibited by any national laws and regulations before and after exercise.

8. For the safety of users' fitness, users must wear professional sportswear, sports shoes and sports equipment during training. During exercise, you are not allowed to participate in activities that violate national laws and regulations, and you are not allowed to wear clothes that violate moral norms for exercise.

Users should not carry valuables such as jewelry when participating in fitness exercises, so as to avoid losing or causing accidents. * * * * The lockers provided by the club are only for the convenience of users. * * * * The club itself does not provide locks and has no obligation to keep things. We are not responsible for the loss of goods.
