Do you run outdoors or indoors?
I think this problem needs to be considered in many aspects.

First of all, talk about the environment.

Some people like to run outdoors, because the outdoor vision is broad and the environment is beautiful, and they are very happy during the running. While enjoying the beautiful scenery of nature, I also get the pleasure brought by sports, and my body and mind get different degrees of pleasure.

But some people like to run in the gym, because they feel that running in the gym is more atmospheric. Many people who exercise together will be infected by the atmosphere of active exercise, so as to get excited and actively participate in sports.

Secondly, environmental restrictions.

If you run outdoors, you will be disturbed by many factors. For example, when it is windy, rainy, snowy and other bad weather, you can't go running outdoors, but in hot summer and cold winter, too high and too low temperature will have some resistance to running.

For example, in summer, when the outside temperature is too high, you sweat a lot when running, which will easily lead to the loss of salt and electrolyte. If the electrolyte is not replenished in time, physical discomfort symptoms such as cramps may occur. In this case, it is better to go to an air-conditioned gym.

Although there is no bad weather in the room, you can exercise at any time. But indoors, you will feel that the air circulation is not smooth, and there are more people exercising, so you will feel that the air is not so fresh.

In fact, I think it is good to exercise properly, feel happy and stay healthy, whether indoors or outdoors. Take my husband for example. He doesn't like running in the gym, but likes running outdoors. He lost more than 30 kilograms by running on his own. I admire him too.
