Shangri-La Hotel, invested and built by Wenzhou Shangri-La Hotel Group, started construction at the foot of Yangfu Mountain in the urban area on March 2 1. This is the first five-star hotel under construction in Wenzhou.

Shangri-La Hotel Wenzhou, designed by K.K.S International Company in Tokyo, Japan, covers an area of 50 mu, with a building area of 60,000 square meters and 400 luxurious rooms. The rooms in the new hotel are fashionable in design, with a minimum room area of 43 square meters. There are also five floors of luxury cabinet-style executive floor rooms and a series of catering, entertainment and conference facilities. Including a grand ballroom of 2000 square meters, an auditorium of 280 square meters, 10 multi-function halls with different specifications, with a total area of 1340 square meters, as well as all-weather restaurants, Chinese restaurants, specialty restaurants, lobby lounges, entertainment centers, business centers, fitness clubs, indoor swimming pools, etc.
