Composition of fat:
Fat consists of three elements: oxygen, hydrogen and carbon. It metabolizes the same mass of fat and glucose, needs more oxygen and releases more energy than fat.
There have been two contradictory theories about the relationship between fitness and weight loss. There is a theory that although the calories consumed during fitness are not high, fitness will increase the basal metabolic rate of the body, so that the body will still burn calories faster after fitness, and this is how the weight loss effect is produced.
However, another theory holds that you can't lose weight only through exercise without dieting, because a person's metabolic rate will automatically keep balance, and more calories will be consumed during exercise, and the body will automatically adjust the basal metabolic rate at rest to reduce energy consumption.
I think a person's body temperature will indeed remain at a high level after fitness, but the reason is not that the muscles are still burning calories, but that the accumulated heat in the body cannot be dissipated. For some unknown reason, once people stop exercising, the working efficiency of the body heat dissipation mechanism will immediately decrease. Although it is not clear what the reason is, it is speculated that this may be related to the changes in the cardiovascular system.
