Can you continue to exercise during a cold?
In my opinion, people generally don't exercise easily after catching a cold, because at this time our bodies will be weak because of the decline of resistance. At this time, our cold will get worse and even lead to some other diseases. So you'd better lie down and have a rest after a cold. Only when the cold is cured can we exercise with peace of mind, so that we won't have too much energy to exercise because of the cold, and maybe we will faint during the exercise because of the cold.

We all know that when we catch a cold, we feel that we are in poor health and have little strength, let alone lifting heavy objects. So we have no strength when we have a cold. If we go to the gym in this situation, we won't have the strength to train accordingly, then we will go to the gym for nothing. We might as well rest at home and go to the gym when we get better. It's not too late for us to go to the gym like this.

Anyway, as long as we remember, we must not go to the gym to continue exercising when we are sick, because this will lead to the overload of the body, which will eventually damage our health and cause more harm to us. This will make us lose more than we gain. I don't think it's necessary to put our lives at risk for that little training. Besides, when we go to the gym when we are sick, we may spread the disease to others, causing others to get sick because of ourselves, and it will also bring many unnecessary troubles to others.

So I suggest that you don't go to the gym to exercise when you are sick, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to yourself and others, and eventually lead to worse health.
