During high school and college, I worked hard to practice Quanzhen Longmen Sunday Qigong (not a serious disciple, but bought books to learn). Later, I thought it was useless, so I stopped practicing. When I was drunk at a dinner party and vomited continuously, I felt that I was going to die. On Sunday, I started practicing Qigong myself. After dantian jumped 4~5 times, Xiao Zhongtian automatically operated for about 1 minute, and then I was sweating all over, feeling a little refreshed, so I stopped vomiting.
After that, I also asked myself not to overdo it when socializing, but I still didn't practice Qigong.
I know that the true qi function I have practiced has provided me with a thin safety rope when my life is in danger, but the cost performance is too low, or we expected too much from it before practicing. Coupled with the pressure of life, it is difficult for us to calm down.
There are many deceptive things in the public performance of Qigong, most of which are related to psychological hints, and even have magic performances. Liars are mostly middle-aged women, do not care about technology, and have a strong herd mentality. Anyway, the qigong I practice, to the highest level, will not make people feel obvious. Maybe it's because my training level is low, but I'm skeptical of most people who show off.
