But drew seems confident. Besides practicing in the gym, he doesn't forget to exercise at home.

But in less than a week, he began to eat secretly, and his heart was very entangled.

What makes Drew even more helpless is that when he lost weight for six weeks, he began to make no progress and didn't lose weight at all for a long time.

What's more frightening is that due to the difficulty in diet control, he began to gain weight by stealing food occasionally. After losing weight 19 weeks, the weight began to pick up. Once, he wanted to give up, and he began to be troubled by his original stupid idea.

In order to motivate himself to lose weight, he began to record his plan.

Due to the decline in physical fitness, once simple movements also made him fall. Finally, he began to realize the hardships for customers to lose weight.

Fortunately, Drew managed to survive, and it took him more than 50 weeks to get fat and recover.

This ordeal made him really realize the hardships of losing weight. After that, I was invited to participate in Good Morning America to share my experience.
