About your understanding of health qigong.
Let me talk about my knowledge and experience. I started practicing health qigong in college. It has been more than 30 years now. Although there are too many things in the middle, such as work and family, and there are too many interruptions, I am still an amateur. There are three main points: 1. Fitness qigong does have a role. Through pranayama and reactive exercise, it is effective for mild and chronic diseases. It is through practicing Qigong that I completely cured my rhinitis for many years. 2. We can't emphasize the magic of Qigong too much, it's just one of many ways to keep fit. Others don't believe it, and they can't force it. 3. Interested friends can try it. Studying theory and practice at the same time can play a role in regulating emotions and strengthening the body. It has obvious curative effect on some chronic diseases, but it cannot replace modern treatment methods.
