Drink yogurt after exercise. Can you lose weight?
Drinking yogurt after exercise is not good, but it will make you thin.

Yogurt diet can dredge intestinal tract, remove garbage accumulated in intestinal tract, regulate fungi in intestinal tract, increase probiotics and promote digestion and absorption. Yogurt is a beverage with high nutritional value in dairy products. Although this diet can provide calcium and help obese people lose weight, it will not affect body components such as muscles and internal organs except fat, so it has no adverse effects on normal or low-weight people. If you drink two cups of yogurt between meals and at night, it can also help people with low weight to improve their nutritional absorption and gain weight.

1, in the morning

Get up every morning, drink a cup of boiled water first, and then a cup of honey water. Then drink a yogurt (about 200ml) and eat a whole wheat bread/a bowl of oatmeal. Try to buy low-sugar yogurt or low-fat yogurt (fat content 1.0─ 1.5%).

2. At noon

If you feel hungry, first drink a bowl of soup, eat a few mouthfuls of rice or biscuits, then drink a portion of yogurt (about 200ml), and then eat 100g chicken/beef and mutton/fish/viscera/blood. You can have another cup of yogurt when you are hungry.

4. At night

Drink a glass of water or soup before meals, then eat a plate of green leafy vegetables (cooked with chicken essence in the soup, or add a few drops of sesame oil to make a cold salad), and then eat a cup of yogurt as at noon. You can eat some fruit when you are hungry.
