I really want to learn square dance well. What should I do?
1. First, step forward with your left foot on the first beat, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, bend your knees for the second time, and the tip of your right foot will land or touch the ground on the heel of your left foot, as shown in the figure below.

3. Followed by the third and fourth beats, the right foot begins to move forward (or left or right), as shown in the figure below.

4. Follow up with your left foot, and the movements should be symmetrical and coordinated, as shown below.

5. The same method is used for the side step. On the first beat, step on your left foot (front, side and back), as shown below.

6. On the second beat, the right foot alternately moves forward, while paying attention to the knees, as shown in the figure below.
