Is there any impolite behavior in the gym?
Nowadays, it is a common phenomenon that people use their leisure time to go to the gym to exercise. However, many people have encountered some impolite behaviors in the gym. I will share some examples of my own impolite behavior in the gym.

In my junior year, I got a fitness card in the gym near my school. As a result, I encountered very rude behavior on the first day. In fact, I choose fitness because I want to vent quietly and exercise myself. I don't want to be disturbed, and I don't want to find a personal trainer. But not long after I entered the gym, a boy thought he was practicing well and kept saying that he would guide me. Although his tone is very polite, I still feel uncomfortable and have been politely refusing.

I think it is impolite to strike up a conversation with strangers in the gym, which can easily arouse others' disgust and affect their fitness mood.

Others are always obviously grabbing fitness equipment. Of course, in the gym, everyone has the right to use these fitness equipment, but those malicious grabs are very impolite. I met several times. I just wanted to run on the nearest treadmill, and then someone got on the treadmill before me. In fact, he is obviously exercising other events, which is impolite.

Others like to play music outside and sing along when they are exercising. I want to say, if your singing voice is like nature, it can make people who work out in the gym like listening to a concert, then it is understandable that you sing a few words. But if you can't reach this level, you'd better wear headphones.
