How has the epidemic changed your attitude towards life?
Since 2020, the global epidemic has deeply affected everyone in our time. What we thought impossible happened, each of us was forced to put on a mask, and the distance between us was forced to open. Many forms and plans I have arranged have been broken by various emergencies. At this point, everyone's attitude towards life has changed more or less. Let's talk about some changes based on my own situation.

First of all, I know how to save more money.

This may be the deepest feeling of every adult who has experienced the epidemic. All the quiet years were suddenly broken. I was still thinking about poems coming from afar before, but I turned my head and worried about the daily necessities in front of me. There is no absolutely safe place, and there is no absolutely stable job. If you want to cope with change, you can only change yourself and save more things. The economy here is not just a matter of money. It also includes some necessities, such as food and vegetables. This is a practical lesson in which the living area is suddenly controlled by strong winds several times.

Second, I am better at being alone.

I am a very homesick person, but I will still attend necessary relatives' parties and colleagues' parties. Now, if you want to go out to the party, you should think about it. For example, I used to run back and forth once a week because I lived in two places, and my work and home were not in the same place. Since the epidemic, I have been able to go home three times in a few months because of the epidemic control. Since there is less time to get together and go home, there is more time to stay at home and more lonely time for a person to face. So I took out the books I hadn't read for a long time and looked through them. When I'm free, I also think about my daily gains and losses and learn indoor aerobics. A person can exercise at home without going out. This environment really makes me more calm and love my family more.

Third, it is more adaptable to pressure and self-regulation.

The epidemic has a greater impact on ordinary people than on work. Due to the epidemic, there are more and more layoffs and salary reductions in surrounding industries. Every time I see such news, I feel that the rabbit is dead. Fortunately, our company is fine, but the original fixed salary has become effective, and the income has dropped, but how to say that the job has been saved for the time being. After several ups and downs in my work, I can better adapt to the changes in the environment and bear the pressure better. Even the boss says I've changed a lot, wiser and more mature.

Fourth, many things have been learned to do by yourself.

I didn't know how to do many things before. I thought that as long as you do your job well, others with money can help you do everything well. After the epidemic, I found myself naive. I still have to rely on myself for some things, such as cooking. For a while, I was in charge at home, and all takeout stopped. Get up every morning to grab food from various apps, and then look at the grabbed food. I have to help myself. I can eat anything when I am hungry, whether it is delicious or not. This kind of independent hands-on ability has never been learned in previous decades!

Don't plan too long, but also focus on the people in front of you and the things around you.

I once set myself a goal of life planning and development blueprint for three to five years, but now I suddenly find that the world is changing too fast and there are too many unexpected things, and my thoughts will be easily broken by reality. I used to think that I could completely control everything, but now I find myself in a grain of sand in the torrent of society, but it is better to be blown away by the wind at any time. Since I don't know which comes first, tomorrow or the accident, I'd better cherish the present time and be kind to my family and friends if I have the ability and time. Tell yourself that you have been to this world, struggled, cherished, owned and lost. Life is not perfect, but it has been experienced and satisfied.
