The introduction about Qiuyu Rao is as follows:
Qiuyu Rao, a native of Hubei, is a registered senior coach of American Yoga Alliance. Chinese mainland, the first authorized instructor of Anusara Yoga, is the translator of the best-selling book Eight Yoga in John Scott.
Qiuyu Rao started practicing hatha yoga in 2000, and went to India to study with Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Eight Yoga, for six years. In 2005, he succeeded a British teacher in a yoga shop in Beijing and founded Beijing Yoga, which was later renamed Sanskrit Yoga. The museum offers eight yoga, flowing yoga, hatha yoga, Bikram yoga, Anusara yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga and pregnancy yoga.
Extensive study, diligent practice and years of teaching experience have given him a deep understanding of yoga. His flowing yoga class is meticulous, profound and interesting, which has been unanimously recognized by the majority of students. The tireless enthusiasm for teaching is the reason for the large number of students, and now students have spread all over the country.
Speaking of the rise of yoga craze, Rao Yuanhe, a village party secretary, said that with the improvement of rural living standards, more and more villagers began to pay attention to sports and health. "Now that rural people have the need for exercise, I will go home and invest." Coach Qiuyu Rao, a native of Liqiao Town, Zhao, has been engaged in yoga teaching in Beijing for more than ten years. At the end of last year, she went home for the New Year and found that her hometown people paid more and more attention to the cultivation of physical and mental health. So, with the support of the town, she opened a Sanskrit yoga retreat center in Hubei in the village.
