Lin 'an Town of Xianyou County is a new town established in June 2002. It has jurisdiction over 6 village committees and 1 neighborhood committee, with a population of 50,300 and a total area of 42.59 square kilometers. The town is located in the south bank of Mulan River in Xianyou County, with provincial roads and three suburban lines running through it, and close to Fuxia Highway and Xiuyu Port, with obvious location advantages and superior environmental conditions. Hot springs in China are rich in water resources, and the sulfur content ranks in the forefront of the province. The sunrise water volume is 2000 tons, and the water temperature is 57 degrees Celsius, which is very effective for recuperation and fitness. The two surrounding reservoirs, Guyang Reservoir and Dongxi Reservoir, have huge storage capacity. The 35kV Jintian Substation is equipped with special industrial power lines, and the water and electricity are very sufficient. The county center station and Jiuli Hot Spring Hotel under construction will gradually improve the basic supporting facilities. The town is the center of Xianyou development, an important base for future industrial development, and an ideal treasure for investment and development.
China Chengnan New District is one of the key construction projects of Xianyou. According to the general requirements of "complete functions, complete facilities, clean and tidy city appearance, beautiful environment and standardized management", we plan to build a new urban central area with a large number of residential land, which integrates administrative office, commerce, finance, culture and sports.
The establishment of China Lin 'an Industrial Park has initially formed a new pattern with food processing, clothing and shoe leather, electronic machinery and craft carving as the leading industries.
