The main function is to transfer the extra money in the medical insurance card and then charge it to the designated place for consumption. If the balance exceeds 3000, you can withdraw 500,6000, 1000, but the total amount in the card cannot exceed 1000.

I don't know about the gym, but the sunshine fitness card should be directly charged to the fitness card, and some places will have discounts.
