It is one of the most important coastal defense projects in northeast China in modern times. 1963 was listed as the first batch of provincial key cultural relics protection units in Liaoning province. The whole building includes battery, platform trench, platform wall, gate, screen wall, reservoir, water tunnel, suspension bridge, armory and barracks. There are three fortresses, one big and two small, which are square. In the middle is the big fort, the platform is 6 meters high and divided into three layers. The low walls are built around the top of the platform and are symmetrical to each other. There are eight hidden holes around the wall. Taitung is a 62-meter-long and 9- 12-meter-wide ramp, opposite the main entrance of Dongdong. The north and south are 35 meters away from the big fort, each with a small fort, and Taitung has a ramp 24 meters long and 4 meters wide; Get up and down the fort from here. The battery is surrounded by rammed earth walls, with a convex plane, a total length of1000m and a storage height of 5m. Sand and lime are added to both sides of the fence for slope protection. There is a screen wall 30 meters outside the Three City Gate, all made of rammed earth, and the screen wall opposite the main entrance is particularly tall and heavy.
