The undergraduate university with the lowest physical education score is Tianjin Institute of Physical Education. The school was formed by the merger of the former Tianjin Physical Education School and the Physical Education Department of Shijiazhuang Normal University. At the same time, excellent athletes were transferred from the whole province to form Tianjin Physical Education Institute. The task of the college is to train athletes, coaches, physical education teachers in some high schools and universities and higher-level physical education professionals.

The school Tuanbo Campus is located in the western health industrial park of Tuanbo New City in Jinghai District, covering an area of 1 15.7 mu, with a total construction area of 388,600 square meters. It was put into use on June 20 1 17.
