Let's talk about it Can you practice in the gym without personal training?
You can practice well in the gym without personal training.

Last year, the epidemic was not very busy, so I took part in the training and got a fitness instructor's certificate. My original intention is more scientific training. My own need is to gain muscle, because I am thin, and my weight is 174cm, 6 1kg. I set up a fitness card near my home and exercised for about 4 months.

The effect is quite obvious. Now the weight is 70KG, but it is estimated that the body fat rate should be around 12 to 15. There are more than 10 coaches in my gym, almost half of them are male coaches and half are female coaches. I don't know why several coaches have called me in recent days.

Probably just teach me how to practice or something, and then make an appointment with a tutor to take an experience class or something. Because the coaching school has marketing courses, and the experience class is also a marketing way for coaches to sell courses, so I politely refused, because I don't plan to buy classes for the time being, so I won't delay everyone's time. It suddenly occurred to me.

Regarding private education, my personal opinion is that if the economic foundation is good, there is no need to say that private education is definitely good, just have someone to protect and urge you to exercise. If the income level is average, this kind of consumers can spend if they think private lessons are worthwhile, but they don't buy them if they are not worthwhile.

I think it is necessary to hire a personal trainer if you don't have a little fitness foundation. Personal trainer will let you know how to practice and eat to avoid injury. Of course, the level of personal trainers is uneven. When choosing a personal trainer, you should choose a coach with obvious training traces. Relatively speaking, a coach who does not train much is not a good coach.

Give a chestnut. If you want to lose weight, don't learn from a fat coach. For example, if you buy about 20 classes, even 300 classes will cost about 6000. This money is necessary to let you know how to train what you want scientifically. Standardization of main learning actions during class.

Don't put the cart before the horse, just focus on the weight. There is still plenty of time to gain weight after private education, so don't worry. Through the study of private education, you master the essentials of action, and then practice, summarize and improve yourself slowly. This is my personal idea.
