Running and leg lifts
Many people may think that running is a simple action, but there may be some misunderstandings in their methods or postures. For example, when our coach used to teach us, he always said to spread his legs, open his arms and adjust his breathing evenly. At that time, we all thought what he said was very simple. Everyone does this, but when we go running by ourselves, I leave everything behind, let alone open my arms and legs. So we need to exercise and learn to run in private. The first element to master is to let your body relax first, and then lift your legs high in place, from slow to fast.
There is not much difference between leg lifting and this action. The main point of leg lifting is to raise your legs as high as possible and then use your arms. From slow to fast, one group needs to do about 100, and one group needs to do four groups.
Push-ups and sit-ups
Compared with running and leg lifting, push-ups and sit-ups belong to strength sports. It is recommended that people with thin hands and feet and slightly fat people not do it. For those with slightly better figure or less strength, you can try to increase it slowly.
Do push-ups with your hands below, slightly wider than your shoulders. When leaning down, the waist is straight and the abdomen is hard. When standing up, you should do your best, accompanied by exhaling and inhaling.
The type of sports is not so complicated, but it needs long-term persistence, and success is definitely not accidental.
