Biceps of the arm: Half-way reverse grip pull-ups bend alternately with heavy objects (schoolbags can also be used instead);
Triceps: press down with arm support (hands supporting the stool, legs together), bend your arm after bending the heavy object (as above, you can change it into a schoolbag), and the parallel bars arm bends and stretches;
Chest: push-ups, parallel bars arm flexion and extension;
Back: pull-ups, bow and row;
Legs: weight-bearing squat (carrying classmates or squatting on shoulders, which can be carried out under the horizontal bar for safety and can be relied on at any time), sprint squat and leapfrog;
Abdomen: horizontal bar belly roll, sit-ups, supine belly roll, flat support, sitting belly roll, abdominal wheel;
Shoulder: lifting heavy objects, shrugging, pushing heavy objects in sitting position, lifting arms at the front side of lifting heavy objects, and bending down to lift heavy objects (heavy objects can be replaced by weight-bearing schoolbags).
These are all exercise equipment that can be found in the school. In the absence of dumbbells and other equipment (abdominal wheels need to be purchased separately, but they are easy to carry), schoolbags, bricks, water bottles, etc. You can use it instead.
All major parts of the body can be exercised, depending on whether you can find it and stick to it.
