Community construction meets the needs of high-level and high-grade college teachers. Planning and design consider the characteristics of teachers' work, study and life, embody people-oriented, and strive to create an elegant, quiet and culturally rich modern good living environment. The requirements of sunshine, ventilation, sanitation, people flow and traffic, environmental defense and so on are comprehensively considered in the planning of the community, and the overall layout is centered on public green space, forming a central garden around the island. Cultural centers, nurseries and kindergartens are arranged at the north and south ends of the central garden to provide the best living and rest space for the elderly and children. There is a concentric music pool in the center of the garden, which provides a place for residents to communicate, exercise and entertain. Around the garden, six distinctive residential groups and a new school were planned. Flexible group space, high-rise and multi-storey residential buildings, low-rise public buildings, high in the north and low in the south, and dense, make the community form a cross-century residential community for college teachers with diverse buildings, rich levels, complete functions and beautiful environment. In order to solve the travel problem of college teachers, before the residents moved in, the government opened a bus terminal in the south of the community, and many buses went directly to the community. The green areas in the park are combined, including the green areas beside the house, the group green areas and the central green areas, highlighting the green environment of the central garden. The garden is equipped with ornamental trees such as Yulan Park, Weizi Garden, Begonia Garden, Yuexiu Garden, Lilac Garden and Yingchun Garden named after six residential groups, and a large number of grass and flowering shrubs in the central separation zone are planted, so that residential buildings can be integrated into the green environment, with flowers in spring, shade in summer, scenery in autumn and green in winter. The per capita public green space is 2.2m2, and the green space coverage rate of the community is as high as 44.4%, making it truly a garden residential community.
