The Nanhu Ecological Cultural Park Project in Gushi County is located in Lianshan Village, Sanjiao Village and Guogang Village of Xiushui Sub-district Office in Wang Peng Town, Gushi County. The first phase of the project covers an area of 304.68 hectares (4,570 mu), and the construction contents include construction projects, water conservancy projects, cultural landscape projects and supporting infrastructure projects.

Including the construction and management service center, grassroots cadre education college (including senior university), Nanhu Reservoir, Yangdatang reconstruction, water conveyance project, roads and bridges, and cultural landscape; Supporting services such as greening, water supply and drainage, power supply, communication, gas, parking lot, fire station and sanitation facilities; Purchase fitness equipment, teaching, information management, office and living facilities.
