It was not until I told my confusion to a classmate who went to the gym to exercise that the classmate told me that there were several obvious training misunderstandings in fitness. If you step on the pit, training is useless. As follows:

First, there are many training actions. This is easy to explain, because the more exercises you train, the less energy and time you put into each movement, so you can't master every movement well. In other words, you have done a lot for a long time, but maybe all your actions are not standard, and of course they have no effect! I definitely stepped on this first pit. When I was training, I just did more and didn't do every little skill seriously. After listening to my classmates' words, I suddenly realized.

Second, excessive pursuit of extreme actions. This is the exact opposite of the last one. In fact, it's wrong for you to pursue extreme movements too much, because the more you do this, the more time you spend on one action, resulting in no energy to fully master other actions in the end.

Third, there is no fitness plan. When you exercise, you must establish a timetable. What to practice today and what to practice tomorrow, there is no need to practice several movements repeatedly, which is unnecessary. And you should also distinguish between subjects that need to be practiced every day and subjects that are irrelevant every few days. Without a plan, it is like a headless fly, and the training efficiency is the lowest!

Fourth, there is no targeted training. This, like the third item above, belongs to the type of random practice. When you exercise, you must know what you mainly practice and what your initial fitness is. For example, if you are a thin man and want to make your body strong through fitness, you should do more strength movements, but you don't need to put too much energy into some particularly isolated movements.

Fifth, there is no combination of work and rest. It is also through my classmates that I understand this truth, that is, don't practice fitness every day. If you practice for three days in a row, you should take a day off before you start practicing. I used to think that practicing every day was the only way to stick to it, so I wouldn't rest and try to finish the exercises I wanted to practice that day. In fact, the efficiency of continuous training is also very low, because the body muscles also need to rest.
