Exercise does not exercise.
Doing different kinds of exercise, such as releasing endogenous cannabinoids and endorphins, can make you more socialized, reduce your negative emotional patterns and increase your confidence. In my junior year, I worked out from 120kg to 130kg, and the weight of bench press, hard pull and squat was 75kg to 80kg more than my own weight. In this way, I may pull more hard, but my grades are average. After that, I stopped for half a year (looking for an internship in my senior year), and my appetite remained unchanged for half a year, which also increased by 10 kg.

Fitness is about persistence, and it will be effective if you persist for a long time. If you persist for a month, it seems that your muscles have been exercised, but when you stop exercising, you will find that everything is back to its original state. Look at the number of bodybuilding competitions. They all exercised for a long time. But if you stop training, what will happen to your body and mood? Will these negative characteristics come back? How soon will you be back?

If you don't exercise after a year of fitness, some muscles in your body will decompose and fat will increase than before. In addition, the cardiopulmonary function will not be as strong as during fitness, and this aspect will also be weakened. Secondly, your personality will change. I may feel a little anxious at first, but I will be anxious when I work out, but I will get used to it. Those hours can be used to do other interesting things. But sometimes the mood will be low. There are some symptoms of depression. It's good that these can be transferred to things you are interested in. When you stop exercising, compared with the exercise period, your sleep will be very different, and your sleep quality will decline. Physical vitality will also be greatly reduced.

That depends on what your fitness goal is this year. If it is to reduce fat, as long as you control your diet reasonably after stopping fitness, although you will rebound some fat, the impact is still quite small. If it is to gain muscle, the fat will rebound a lot after stopping, and the muscle mass will also decrease.
