Lu is colorful. When it is in full bloom, it looks like a beautiful pagoda. This flower originated in the Mediterranean region, and it is said that there are not many plants in China. There are 10,000 Lu Hua Bing in yuyuantan park, which can be said to be the largest Lu Hua Bing Park in Beijing.
From the west gate of the park, you can see many roads, many of which are not open yet. The best flower viewing period in Shandong is mid-May, and the flowering period can last until mid-June.
Besides Lu, there are many other flowers in the park, such as this lovely pink cluster, which looks beautiful from a distance. There is only 10 plant in the whole park, which looks like lilacs from a distance, but it is not near. Does anyone know what this flower is?
Geranium and Huang Jinju are the most planted in the park. Red and pink geraniums are particularly bright against the green lawn. Huang Jinju looks ordinary, but with its embellishment, it is also a kind of wild interest.
The water area of the park is very large, both for boating and small lakes with similar wetland environment. Mandarin ducks and wild ducks often haunt the island in the middle of the lake. On normal days, many photographers will sit by the lake for hours with professional photographic equipment, just to capture the appearance of Yuanyang playing in the water.
The entrance ticket to the park is two yuan, which is really affordable. If you get the annual ticket, you will regard it as one of the parks you usually visit.
On weekends, many parents will bring their children here to go boating and play with water. Boating deposit in 300 yuan, one hour for pedal boat in 80 yuan and one hour for battery boat 100- 150 yuan. It is a good parent-child paradise.
For fitness enthusiasts, it is also a good place for walking and running. I often see runners. If you walk at a brisk pace, it will take about 8000 steps around the lake.
If you want to see flowers, you don't have to come here on purpose. Just stop and walk around. This is a good place for walking, surrounded by trees, cool breeze and flowers in full bloom.

The East Gate is located at the eastern end of Sanlihe Road, next to Diaoyutai State Guesthouse (and Diaoyutai Hotel) and West Chang 'an Avenue. You can take bus No.320, 1 14 (trolley bus, bus No.717, bus No.727, etc. ) and get off at Muxidi North Station, or take bus 13 or 265433.
