(3) When the starter's starting gun has not been issued, if the athlete is found to be fouled, the starting gun cannot be issued, and the voice can be recalled.

3. Auxiliary starter

(1) Accept the athletes from the guide, arrange the athletes to go to the track according to the record sheet, and check the grouping time, track and number of athletes, and check the small figures when using the terminal photography timing.

(2) When starting, organize the athletes to line up 3 meters behind the starting line and signal to the starter that they are ready.

(3) Supervise the athletes to take off their clothes, and prompt the waiters to queue up to send the athletes' clothes to the post-match control center.

(2) When starting in a curve, the starter stands outside the runway, and can clearly observe the positions of all the starting athletes from a narrow perspective. The recall order is still one on each side, 1 track and 3 meters in front of the outermost track athletes.

After the announcer introduced the athletes, he issued the password "Take your positions".

4. The required equipment and articles include starting platform, starting gun, bullets, 8 sets of starting devices, baton, Dowtown, red flag, walkie-talkie, starting foul registration form, etc.

Second, timing.

The main task of timing referee is to accurately count the competition time of track athletes, judge the competition results, and assist the referee team to mark the laps at the end of the long-distance race.

(A) staffing and division of labor

When the timekeeper is 1~2 and the timekeeper is 10~24, every three timekeepers record the results of 1 athletes, among which 1 is the team leader, who is responsible for timing and filling in the track record card.

2. Check the stopwatch, receive and check the completion record, and distribute it to each timekeeper after it is correct.

3. 3 minutes before the start of each game, read out the game items and order of this unit to the timekeeper.

4. When you hear the bell or other signals that the game is about to start, remind the timekeeper to "go back to the watch" and remind the timekeeper to pay attention in concise language (such as "going on the road" and "raising the gun").

5. The position of the smoke screen at the starting point should be marked immediately before the start of each competition or after changing the project.

6. During the competition, if the stopwatch or timing of the timekeeper fails, the backup timekeeper shall be notified immediately to replace him.

7. After each competition, quickly collect the record form, check it and submit it to the record completion team.

8. The timekeeper will win the first place in each group. Check the stopwatch in time when breaking the record, and ask the track referee and the chief referee to review and sign (the watch cannot be returned).

Timer:

1, back to the table

After hearing the password prompt of the referee "Return to Taiwan", return to Taiwan in time, and immediately pay attention to the starting point to identify the characteristics of the counted track athletes.

2. Turn on your watch

When you hear the "on the road" prompt, pay attention to the starter's action at the starting point. After hearing the prompt of "Raise your gun", immediately put the stopwatch on your waist and abdomen, concentrate and prepare to start the watch. When you see the gun smoking or flashing, start the watch immediately.

3. Look up the table

After the watch is turned on, first check whether the stopwatch moves normally (if there is any fault, report it to the referee immediately), and then check the characteristics, numbers and relative position changes of the athletes in this time track again.

4. Stop watching

When the athlete is 25 meters away from the finish line, the main light of the timekeeper's eyes will continue to look at the athlete, and the corner of his eye will look at the finish line. When the distance from the finish line 10 meter, the main light looks at the finish line, and the corner looks at the athletes. When any part of the counted athlete's torso touches the finish line, the watch immediately stops along the vertical plane. At this time, the eyes continue to track and observe whether the number characteristics of the track athletes are the same as those on the scorecard.

5. Read the table

Put the stopwatch on your chest and read it carefully in the order of time, minutes and seconds. If you break the record, you should report it to the timekeeper immediately.

Step 6 record

The score of each timekeeper is filled in the sub-table column according to 1% seconds (pay attention to the writing format), and three people take the intermediate score. (2 people slow down)

Step 7 pass on

The timekeeper fills in the scorecard and sends it to the timekeeper quickly. After the verification is correct (no record breaking, no big difference), listen to the "Return to Taiwan" prompt and start the next group of timekeepers.

Special circumstances: In case of athletes crossing the track, the athletes who arrive first will be recorded by the local timekeeper, and the athletes who arrive later will be recorded by the empty track timekeeper. Finally, the timekeeper should make adjustments according to the athletes' numbers, and fill this information in the corresponding remarks column of the card.

Track events without lanes generally adopt the method of "man-to-man" timing and lap counting. Each timekeeper is responsible for the timing, lap counting and registration of 1~2 athletes, and also reports the work of leaving laps. When the responsible athlete falls off the lap, the timekeeper should immediately stand at the finish line and report the lap to the fallen athlete in time.

(VI) Post-game work

1, after the competition in each unit, the timekeeper will organize the timekeeper to summarize the work and continuously improve the work.

2. After all competitions, the referee will write a written work summary, and the referee is the chief referee of track events.

3. The referee counts items such as clocks and watches.
