And it is easy to have some men who want to be strong, and it is easy to ignore the muscles of the legs.
The muscles of the thigh are the largest and most powerful in the human body. At the same time, the muscles of the thigh have strong endurance and can take us across mountains and rivers without feeling tired. No other muscle group can have strong strength and endurance at the same time. Can you imagine climbing Mount Tai backwards? The best parkour athletes may not be able to do it, but normal people can basically climb Mount Tai with their feet.
Therefore, the training of legs is relatively hard compared with other parts, because of the nature of leg muscles, their energy is difficult to be squeezed dry.
And it is for this reason that many people don't practice their legs seriously. Schwarzenegger made a similar mistake. If you want thigh training to be effective, you have to be hard on yourself. You must force yourself to face the weight.
If you have just been exercising for a long time, the weight of 100kg or 130kg on the squat rack may be enough to make you tremble with fear. It is not easy to sit on the leg bending equipment and urge yourself to abuse your thighs again and again.
It is difficult for many trainers to reach exhaustion when practicing legs, because 100kg barbell is a bit scary to reach exhaustion. So when you practice your legs, you need a training partner to watch you and help you when you can't get up.
So what muscles are there in the thigh?
Let's have a look.
First: quadriceps femoris. When you sit in a chair and lift your calf, you can feel the muscles in the front of your thigh contracting. The quadriceps femoris is a muscle located in the front of the thigh, which is used to stretch the leg. The reason why quadriceps femoris reaches quadriceps femoris is that it consists of four muscles: rectus femoris; Medial thigh muscle; Muscles of the medial thigh and muscles of the lateral thigh.
They have the same basic function: stretching and straightening their legs.
Then: biceps femoris. We have biceps brachii on our arms. We also have biceps femoris on our thighs, just behind our thighs, to bend your legs backwards.
Tensor fascia lata: It starts from the hip and extends downward to the outer thigh.
Sartorius muscle: The name of this kind of muscle is interesting, and sartorius muscle itself is also interesting. It is the longest muscle in your body, diagonally across the front of your thigh.
