What's the difference between fitness and strength training?
1. Fitness is to build a strong body, have a healthy body and a good figure. It does not pursue strength or muscle shaping.

2. Strength training is to develop muscles and expand body muscles. Of course, it doesn't mean that the muscles look strong, but also that the muscles in all parts of the body are reasonable. If the upper body is trained by Schwarzenegger and the lower body does not spread muscles, the strength is basically useless.
