What sports do people who jump rope, dance sword and kick shuttlecock belong to?
My sideline is sports, and I know sports better.

Shuttlecock kicking and rope skipping are aerobic exercises.

But these two categories are not the same.

1, skipping: physical exercise.

2. Kicking shuttlecock: competitive sports.

Both of them are exercises that contribute to good health and body shape control.

It can exercise the coordination, balance, reflection and endurance of human hands and feet, and can also exercise the heart and lungs.
