Gyms used internally by organs, schools, enterprises and institutions shall be implemented with reference to these regulations. Article 3 The legal representative of a sports venue or the principal responsible person of an unincorporated unit is fully responsible for the safety work of the unit, and as the first responsible person, is responsible for implementing the safety management work of the unit. Article 4 The safety management of gymnasiums shall strictly implement the safety management laws and regulations, establish and improve various safety systems that are suitable for the specific conditions of the unit, and accept the guidance and inspection of the competent department. No unit or individual may neglect safety work with economic interests or other excuses. Article 5 The municipal, district and county sports administrative departments shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting the safety of sports venues within their respective jurisdictions, and guiding and urging the safety management of sports venues. Relevant government departments should do a good job in the safety management of gymnasiums according to their respective responsibilities. Sixth gyms must be audited by the public security fire department and the administrative department of health, and obtain a business license according to law before they can carry out activities. Article 7 The safety management of bath, entertainment, catering and other items attached to gymnasiums shall be implemented in accordance with the safety management standards or safety management norms of relevant industries. Safety of fitness activities Article 8 The clear height of the venue space of a gym shall not be less than 2.6 meters. Thirteenth gym managers should regularly check the venues, facilities and equipment to ensure that they meet the safety requirements. Fourteenth gym managers have the right to prohibit alcoholics and patients from participating in fitness activities and smoking in non-smoking areas. Fifteenth gym activities shall not exceed the approved number of people, and the per capita activity area on the ground shall not be less than 3 square meters per person; Underground (semi-underground) per capita activity area is not less than 4 square meters/person, and restrictive measures should be taken to reach the approved number. If hot work is really necessary under special circumstances such as equipment maintenance, it shall be approved by the person in charge of fire safety or the fire safety administrator of the unit, and strict preventive measures shall be taken to prohibit smoking and naked fire to ensure the safety of fire use. Thirty-first gyms should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment in accordance with the Code for Design of Fire Extinguishers in Buildings. Article 32 If a gymnasium needs to be equipped with fire control facilities and equipment such as automatic fire alarm, automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant and escape equipment in accordance with the national technical standards for fire control of engineering buildings, it shall be equipped and equipped in accordance with the regulations.
