Hu spicy soup can be seen in basic streets and lanes now, especially in places where breakfast is sold more. I didn't know about Hu spicy soup at first, and I didn't know there was such a delicious breakfast in the world until I went to college in northwest China. I became addicted to it as soon as I ate it. Every day is Hu spicy soup with fried dough sticks, or Hu spicy soup with cake.
I always wanted to eat something else for breakfast, but after drinking Hu spicy soup, I felt that other breakfasts were really dull and had no appetite. Now it is almost an indispensable food in breakfast. Hu mala Tang with fried dough sticks is completely enjoyable after eating.
Second: rice rolls, Guangdong.
After graduation, I came to work in Guangdong. I didn't have a dry and rich northern breakfast in the northwest. Rice rolls has the most breakfast here. It was a little unacceptable at first. It feels like eating batter. After eating for a while, I found that rice rolls can have many kinds of raw materials, so I chose my favorite. Breakfast every day is fresh rice rolls, and I feel happy when I think about it. Besides, this is the sincere attitude of Cantonese people. I'm embarrassed to say no without thinking about it.
The third one: pancake fruit
It is said that authentic Tianjin pancake fruit must be ground with mung beans as the main material, and white flour is matched with soybeans in proportion. "Fruit" is fried dough sticks or grates (called crispy skin in Beijing). At present, there is only one near where I work. You can only buy it when you run by in the morning on weekends. I don't usually have time. It's really good.
In short, if I had to choose, I would basically choose the above three as my breakfast. If I can change them in turn every day, I think I may not have to wait until morning. I may come out for breakfast in the middle of the night.
