Female college students' physical fitness test is up to standard
The standards of college girls' physical fitness test are divided into seven standards: body mass index, vital capacity, 50-meter running, sitting forward, standing long jump, sit-ups and endurance running.

1, body mass index. The body mass index of female students is 7.2-23.9 kg/m2.

2, vital capacity. Female college students reach 2000 ml in the first and second grades and 2050 ml in the third and fourth grades.

3, 50 meters run. Female college students should reach 10.3 seconds in the first and second grades, and 10.2 seconds in the third and fourth grades.

4. The sitting body bends forward. Female college students should reach 6 cm in the first and second grades and 6.5 cm in the third and fourth grades.

6. Sit-ups for one minute. Girls have to pass 26 times in the first and second grades, and 27 times in the third and fourth grades.
