What effect does testosterone have on fitness?
Methyl-1- testosterone (M 1T)

What is 1.M 1T? Where did it come from?

Methyl-1- testosterone (17-a- methyl-17-b- hydroxy-male-1- ene -3- one) is a kind of prohormone, which is proved to be 7 to 16 times stronger than testosterone.

It is reported that 1- testosterone (17- hydroxy -5-a- male-1- ene -3- one; 1-TU) is 7 times stronger than ordinary testosterone preparation, while methyl-1- testosterone is much stronger than ordinary 1- testosterone product. 1- testosterone is methylated to form methyl-1- testosterone, mainly to avoid being damaged by the liver, thus increasing the oral absorption rate. In view of this, methyl-1- testosterone is the most effective product at present.

2. What does it do? What scientific research provides evidence for it?

At present, methyl-1- testosterone (and 1- testosterone) has no reliable drug/medical application examples. Because this hormone is only recently discovered occasionally, it needs to be studied through formal academics.

However, there are also some application examples from the fitness industry. Methyl-1- testosterone has a strong effect, and its effect of promoting muscle growth is similar to that of a considerable dose of banned steroids!

Many substances claimed to have similar effects before, but the results were disappointing! However, users of methyl-1- testosterone gained 10 pounds of conventional lean muscle gain in two weeks, which was obtained through a large number of data on an average basis.

Therefore, obviously, methyl-1- testosterone is the most powerful muscle building weapon at present!

3. Who needs it? What are the symptoms of deficiency?

Because the body can produce endogenous testosterone, there is no need for exogenous methyl-1- testosterone when the body is young (18-30). However, with the increase of age, the natural testosterone level in the body gradually decreases, which can lead to a series of emotional abnormalities and sexual dysfunction.

Faced with the decline of natural testosterone levels, people who want to restore hormone levels may use methyl-1- testosterone. Although we strongly discourage self-treatment, this method is still very effective.

Fitness bodybuilders who want to increase the weight of lean muscles can also benefit from methyl-1- testosterone. Although people's physique does not necessarily need to add muscles (but adding muscles may become a survival problem in some cases), psychological needs exist.

Teenagers younger than 18 should be forbidden to use this supplement.

4. What is the dosage? Are there any side effects?

Typical side effects of anabolic steroids include: male breast development, water and sodium retention, testicular axis dysfunction, bloating, male alopecia (MPB) and acne. None of the users of methyl-1- testosterone have these common side effects. This is partly because methyl-1- testosterone will not be converted into estrogen!

A common side effect of taking methyl-1- testosterone is drowsiness. It is reported that this positive enhancement also includes high blood pressure and appetite suppression. But these side effects are dose-related.

In a cycle of methyl-1- testosterone, users should avoid alcohol, other stimulants and inhibitors, because these substances will increase the extra pressure on the liver.

At present, there is no formal dosage guide, so it is best to take it in strict accordance with the product instructions. Previous user experience tells us that the optimal initial dose is 5- 10mg/ day, and it needs to be increased to 20-40mg/ day to achieve the best effect. The recycling period should not exceed 4 weeks, and then give the body the same time to recover and purify. At the same time, it is also beneficial to supplement the liver antidote, such as milk thistle. It is best to combine some anti-estrogen supplements, such as ergopharm's 6-OXO.
