I have been working out recently. Is drinking milk helpful and beneficial to my health?
I just started working out, too. I work out at Qi Fitness Center in Zhongshan Park. The coach inside said it's good to drink milk after fitness. But what milk to drink is very particular. It would be nice if it was low-fat or skim milk. If it is ordinary whole milk, it is better to eat some egg white, because there is a lot of fat in whole milk. Almost as much as protein in it, drinking whole milk is easy to gain weight.
