Also known as key switch, it first appeared in Japan [called sensitive switch]. When in use, press the switch in the operating direction to meet the operating force. The touch switch consists of an insert, a base, an elastic sheet, a button and a cover plate, wherein a polyimide film is added to the elastic sheet of the waterproof touch switch.
Touch switch has the advantages of small contact resistance, accurate operating force error and diversified specifications, and has been widely used in electronic equipment and white goods, such as audio-visual products, digital products, remote controllers, communication products, household appliances, security products, toys, computer products, fitness equipment, medical devices, money detectors, laser pen buttons and so on. Because of the environmental conditions of the touch switch (elasticity/environmental temperature and humidity and electrical performance under the pressure of less than 2 times), large equipment and high-load buttons are directly replaced by conductive rubber or pot switch hardware shrapnel, such as medical equipment and TV remote control.
