1. Wash oysters.
2. Prepare pig bones and carrots.
3. Scald the pig bones with boiling water, then wash them, and cut the carrots into hob blocks.
4. Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, and add bones, dried oysters and ginger slices.
5. Add carrots.
6. The fire turned to a small fire after 5 minutes and lasted for about 2 hours.
7. Season with salt before cooking.
