How to treat gastroesophageal reflux?
I have experience in controlling gastroesophageal reflux, which I can share with you.

Knowledge about gastroesophageal reflux

The stomach is like a pocket, with a mouth above and a mouth below. The lower part is called pylorus and the upper part is called cardia. The pylorus can let lubricating food below 1 cm pass through. When eating, the cardia is usually closed and opened to allow food to enter. After eating, food enters the stomach, gastric mucosa secretes gastric acid, and the stomach wall constantly squeezes the food inside, so that the food decays and becomes smaller through acid leaching and squeezing, and then the food pylorus enters the intestine. Gastroesophageal reflux occurs in the process of acid soaking and squeezing after the stomach is full of food after eating.

Gastroesophageal reflux can cause 70 diseases, many of which occur unconsciously. When eating, the cardia is opened and food can be swallowed. After eating, the door is closed and the contents in the stomach can't be poured. But for patients with gastroesophageal reflux, the cardia relaxes, and then the contents of the stomach, including gastric acid and bile, are reversed. If it reaches the esophagus, it will cause acid reflux, heartburn, belching or nausea, and it may develop into esophageal cancer after a long time. If it reaches the throat, it will cause chronic pharyngitis. Frequent inflammatory attacks will lead to repeated growth of vocal cord polyps, epiglottic cysts, contact granulomas and vocal cord leukoplakia, and may eventually develop into laryngeal cancer. When it reaches the nose, it can cause rhinitis and sinusitis, and sometimes it is regarded as allergic rhinitis. When it reaches the ear, it will cause tinnitus, hearing loss and dizziness. If it reaches trachea and lungs, it will cause chronic cough, tracheitis, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis and bronchiectasis. If cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are affected by nerve reflex, it will cause coronary artery spasm, angina pectoris and arrhythmia, and even myocardial infarction in severe cases. Cerebral vasospasm can lead to cerebral ischemic attack and even cerebral infarction. If it causes systemic vasodilation, it will cause hypotension and dizziness.

Pharyngitis is the most common, followed by esophagitis, which is determined by its location. After esophagitis is aggravated, it may be esophageal cancer.

Non-drug treatment of gastroesophageal reflux

Gastroesophageal reflux occurs in the process of acid leaching and squeezing after the stomach is full of food after eating, including three situations: first, the stomach is just full, second, the stomach is in the process of acid leaching and squeezing of digestion, and third, the stomach is supine with the cardia in a lower position. Therefore, raising the upper body during lunch break and eating early at night are the best treatment and prevention methods.

In fact, the most important and easily overlooked thing is to raise the upper body during lunch break. Everything else is auxiliary, or other methods are easy to think of. This can avoid unnecessary surgery and the use of drugs that inhibit gastric acid.

This requires attention, to raise the upper body, or bedside, do not raise the pillow, the waist position should be smooth transition, to avoid waist injury. Simply raising the pillow will easily affect the cervical spine, and it will also easily affect the blood flow and nervous system over time.

By adopting the above methods, I successfully controlled gastroesophageal reflux and cured my vocal cord granuloma. Moreover, every dark cloud has a glimmer of hope, because gastroesophageal reflux has been suppressed, and with unexpected results, pharyngitis that has been cured for a long time has been cured.

Gastroesophageal reflux should not be detected. If gastric acid, belching, etc. have occurred, then whether it is gastroesophageal reflux or not, eating dinner early and raising the upper body during lunch break can be used as a habit of fitness and disease prevention, and the above 70 diseases can be avoided.

Gastroesophageal reflux can cause tooth decay. If there is no problem with other teeth, we should first pay attention to whether it is caused by gastroesophageal reflux. If you have stomach symptoms such as acid reflux and belching, and throat symptoms such as pharyngitis, you should pay attention to gastroesophageal reflux. Gastroesophageal reflux is very hidden, and patients know nothing about it, which is very harmful to teeth. No matter how much the patient brushes and cleans his teeth, it will be of no help, and tooth decay will occur one after another. Some people only found out that it was gastroesophageal reflux when their teeth were repaired.
