Paul Wade (pseudonym), nicknamed Coach, 1957 was born in San Francisco, California, USA, and lived in Crayton, Costa County, contra in his early years. On suspicion of controlling trade in goods, he was put into San Quentin State Prison on 1979, and was transferred to prison several times later. After his release in 2002, he moved to London, England, and devoted himself to spreading the ancient fitness methods he learned in prison. He only keeps in touch with the outside world by email, never makes public appearances, and never publishes any private photos.
