On Guo Lin's Qi and Merit

Guo Lin's father Wen Lin was a martyr of the Revolution of 1911. After his father was martyred, his family lived in Macao. Guo Lin was two years old. At the age of 6, I learned the boy's kung fu from my grandfather (a Taoist in Yiling Temple). And Long, who loves art, was admitted to Guangdong Provincial Women's Normal School to study art and has been engaged in teaching Chinese painting since graduation.

During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he founded South China, Tongde Academy and Shanghai Women's Art College in Hongkong and Shanghai, all of which were self-run deans. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he went to Taiwan Province Province to sketch, paint and hold a solo exhibition three times, and taught in Taiwan Province Province for half a year. On the eve of liberation, Shanghai returned to the mainland from Taiwan Province Province. 1956 Beijing painting academy was established, transferred to Beijing painting academy as a painter, and a member of China Artists Association.

Guo Lin was smart and studious since he was a child. Although I am weak and ill, I love sports. 1950s, due to uterine cancer, total resection was performed, later cancer metastasized to bladder, and then partial cystectomy was performed. 10 years, he suffered from serious diseases and suffered from diseases. Recalling that family qigong is the way to keep fit, I have the idea of practicing qigong to treat diseases. During the break, I read a lot of Chinese and western medical works, studied physiology, pathology, acupuncture, meridians and other theories, and combined with my own practical exploration and research, finally created a new set of qigong techniques for treating cancer, which is active and passive, easy to learn and effective, and self-contained.

197 1, she took this skill out of the house and taught it in major parks in Beijing. At that time, during the catastrophe, Qigong was regarded as a heresy, and Guo Lin was criticized and arraigned many times. After suffering, he once wavered and applied to leave the country to reunite with his daughter in the United States. When the application was approved, I suddenly thought that Qigong was one of the treasures of Chinese medicine. Seeing the pain of many patients waiting to be saved, I am determined to bear the burden of humiliation, resolutely withdraw my application for going abroad, and devote myself more actively to the practice of Qigong in treating cancer. The new qigong therapy has been repeatedly verified in many patients with cancer and chronic diseases, saying that it has unique effects. Guo Lin explored a new way for Qigong to strengthen the body and treat diseases.

So on 1977, she submitted a report to the Ministry of Health, publicly announced that Qigong could participate in the comprehensive treatment of cancer with Chinese and Western medicine, and formally organized a cancer Qigong class in the park. Many cancer patients in and out of Beijing come to study. "Guo Linxin Qigong Therapy" spread all over the country. After 1980, Guo Lin took pains to give lectures in various places, covering Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xuzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Guilin, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Shenyang and other cities, and successively published Primary Works of New Qigong Therapy, New Qigong Cancer Treatment Law and New Qigong.

Guo Lin's new Qigong not only spread to many parts of the motherland, but also Guo Lin's disciples spread and popularized Guo Lin's new Qigong in the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macao. Guo Lin died at the end of 1984 65438+2 14 at the age of 75. In her later years, her research and innovation achievements in China Qigong and her selfless dedication to cancer and chronic disease patients are being carried forward on the motherland.

China is the hometown of Qigong, which has been passed down for more than 3000 years. Qigong is a valuable legacy of medicine, health care and longevity in China. On the basis of more than 60 years' practice, Guo Lin, a world-famous qigong master, absorbed the essence of ancient qigong and founded a new qigong therapy of "combining static and dynamic, separating three customs, treating according to syndrome differentiation and mobilizing internal factors".

Since 197 1 was publicly taught, a large number of cases have proved that the new qigong has a gratifying effect on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and difficult diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases and various tumors. New Qigong has become an important new means of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and Qigong. The theoretical basis of the new Qigong is mainly the meridian, qi chemistry and viscera imaging of traditional Chinese medicine, and the psychology, physiology and pathology of western medicine. It can prevent and treat diseases because it:

1, can spit out the old and absorb the new, and the exercise machine can suck in a lot of fresh oxygen, which increases the oxygen content in the blood and makes the practitioner enter a functional state of vigorous vitality;

2. Regulate and improve the function of endocrine system;

3. Mobilize the internal qi to take the meridians, so as to make the whole body's qi and blood smooth;

4. Be in a good mental state when practicing.

Guo Linxin Qigong is a kind of self-therapy to enhance autoimmune function. Training requirements:

1 First of all, we must establish "three hearts"-confidence, determination and perseverance. It is effective to practice hard every day according to work objectives and working hours.

2. Coordination of food, clothing, housing and transportation. In order to mobilize the "internal qi", the clothes and trousers worn during training should be wide and soft, the belts, cuff links, watchbands and collar buttons should be relaxed, and flat shoes or rubber shoes should be worn. Avoid smoking, alcohol and spicy food, and don't practice on an empty stomach in the morning (you can eat less). You can't eat until you practice for 20 minutes. /kloc-You can only practice martial arts after 0/hour. Be sure to open the doors and windows for ventilation before practicing indoors. When practicing outdoors, choose a flat venue, preferably a place with trees (cypress, pine and willow are the best), water and fresh air. Try to be quiet when practicing and avoid the interference of seven emotions (joy, anger, disturbance, thinking, sadness, fear and surprise).

3, keep in mind the key to practice-round, soft and far. Use these three words to practice self-examination. Round-refers to the torso, limbs, joints and the whole body should be curved. Soft-refers to the trunk, neck, limbs and joints should be relaxed and soft. Far-look straight (inside) into the distance with both eyes to realize outward guidance.

This new qigong is characterized by:

1, action-oriented, dynamic and static.

2. I don't want to stay in the middle of the day or in any part of my body during the treatment.

3. Combination of five kinds of guidance (potential guidance, breathing guidance, idea guidance, spitting guidance and comprehensive massage guidance).

4, dialectical treatment, measuring the disease to work. It varies because of illness. Different diseases, even the same disease, have different physical qualities or conditions, and must be treated with different functions and time, with high curative effect and strong pertinence.

5. The relationship among meaning, qi and form is dominated by meaning. Meaning mental activity; Qi is internal qi; Form is physical action. The new qigong means "inhalation, qi leading to shape, not shape falling."

6. The new Qigong must be based on the actual situation of your body, step by step, and the principle of not being tired or idle. It is best to stick to the cumulative working hours of 3 hours a day during the treatment.
