Won't someone teach gym equipment for the first time?
The coach will explain to you at the first time and tell you how to use fitness equipment correctly. Note: The general coach will make a fitness plan for you. You can practice according to the plan made by the coach. When you start practicing, you'd better have a coach by your side. If you do something wrong, the coach can point it out to you and you can correct it. Like lifting a barbell or something, I can hold it for you.
