Leg muscles are the largest muscle group in our human body, and squats can strongly stimulate the muscles of the legs. Squat is an index to measure a person's ability to push lower limbs. It is necessary to master this movement with high difficulty coefficient in fitness. Squat is very important for the development of hips and legs.

If squats are more about training the muscles in front of the legs, then hard pulling is aimed at the muscles behind. If this part of the muscle is too weak, it may cause problems such as lower cross syndrome.
