What is mobile yoga?
From the perspective of posture practice, walking cloud yoga, as its name implies, is a smooth, coherent and orderly posture practice method. Its English name is "Hatha vinyasa Flow Yoga", which literally translates as "continuous Hatha Yoga connected by vinyasa", so it is still a kind of Hatha Yoga. At present, it is not accurate to divide mobile yoga and hatha yoga into two parallel concepts in some venues. About the concept of Vinyasa, we will talk about it later. Mobile yoga is a simplified version of ancient eight-branch yoga. A teacher's practice of Tangjia Yoga is demanding and difficult. It takes ten years or even a lifetime for a practitioner with deep practice to gradually break through the primary and intermediate practice and reach the advanced stage, and some even fail to reach the advanced stage all his life, so it is very difficult to popularize it among the public. From this, mobile yoga evolved, which is simpler and softer than ashtangjia yoga, but retains the mobile characteristics of ashtangjia yoga. It gives the general public and the infirm the opportunity to experience challenges and a dynamic, powerful and mobile yoga. Since Huilan popularized yoga to the domestic public on CCTV, classical yoga (also known as "traditional hatha yoga") has become the type of yoga that most people choose to practice because of its preconceived advantages. It leads students into a comfortable, relaxed and mysterious yoga world with quiet classroom atmosphere, slow breathing and movement rhythm and gentle password guidance from teachers. Accustomed to traditional classes, you will be very surprised at the first class of upper-class yoga-is this yoga, too? How can there be so many jumps, how to move so fast, and how to breathe so hard? However, once you start to try to accept it and keep practicing, you will find the beauty of flowing yoga. After a class, the body sweats and the heart becomes more powerful because of its vitality. If the traditional hatha yoga style is like a beautiful pearl, then mobile yoga is like a string of pearls worn. According to personal wishes, it can be long or short, and it can be big or small. Of course, it is very important to scientifically arrange independent postures in order to make a set of flowing yoga movements achieve a hearty effect. Xingyun Yoga follows and inherits the scientific and systematic nature of Tang Yoga teacher, and still divides all posture exercises into ten parts (categories) in a fixed order. In each part, you can freely combine the independent postures in this category. For example, the second part is the practice of standing posture. We know the triangle, the side angle, the twisted side angle, and the warrior's first and second postures. It's all this part of the posture. Doing it one by one in the order of right and then left forms the second part of flowing yoga practice. Here, I want to talk about my personal experience. It is best to practice traditional hatha yoga for more than half a year, so that I can be more fully familiar with yoga poses and master the main points of practice of various poses. At the same time, through a year of practice, physical strength has been greatly improved. On this basis, practicing walking yoga will make it easier to meet the practice requirements of walking yoga and appreciate the beauty of flowing water.
