In recent years, studies have shown that the physical quality of college students is declining year by year, and the incidence of mental illness is also increasing year by year, which shows that the health of college students is threatened. In order to let the students of South China University of Technology "escape" this bad luck, the North Campus Health Association took this as its own responsibility and came into being.

Article 6: Scope of activities
First, health knowledge publicity
1. Invite experts in nutrition and health to give lectures on healthy living, such as "the black hand behind high-quality life"-healthy living habits.
2. Carry out a series of health day activities such as "Eye Protection Day", "Radiation Protection Day" and "Health Walk with You" at school.

1. National Mobilization Run: jointly organize the whole school running and fitness exercise with the school student union, so that everyone has a sense of active participation.

Chapter IV Acquisition and Cancellation of Membership
Article 7 A member who applies to join this club must meet the following conditions:
(1) has the official student status of South China University of Technology and has not completed his studies.
(two) to recognize the articles of association;
Article 8 The membership procedure is as follows:
(a) the applicant receives the application form, applies for membership, and truthfully fills in the application form as required.
(2) payment of membership fees;
(3) The membership card shall be issued by the executive organ of the Association.
Chapter V Rights and Obligations of Members
Article 9 Members shall enjoy the following rights:
(a) Voting rights and voting rights of the Association;
(two) give priority to participate in the activities of this club;
(three) to obtain the priority of this community service;
(four) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;
(5) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal;
(six) to put forward suggestions or opinions on the activities and work of this society, and to ask the relevant personnel to give a reply, or directly to the Youth League Committee and the Social Federation.
Article 10 Members shall perform the following obligations:
(a) abide by the articles of association, obey the management of the Communist Youth League Committee, the Social Science Federation and the association, and give appropriate treatment to those who violate the relevant provisions, depending on the seriousness of the case;
(2) Implementing the resolutions of this Association;
(three) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this association;
(four) members of the community should pay membership fees in accordance with the regulations;
(five) according to the requirements of community activities, the applicant will be automatically withdrawn after the application expires.
Article 11 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card.
Article 12 If a member seriously violates the Articles of Association, he shall be removed from the membership by voting at the meeting of the executive body of the Association.
Chapter VI Organization and Election Methods of Associations
Thirteenth the highest authority of this association is the member congress, and its functions and powers are:
(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;
(2) to elect and recall the President;
(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Standing Committee;
(4) Deciding on the reorganization and renaming of the Association;
(5) Deciding on other major matters.
Article 14 A general meeting of members shall be held only when more than two thirds of the members are present, and the members present shall be responsible for their resolutions.

Article 16 The executive body of the general meeting of members shall lead the Association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and be responsible for the general meeting of members.
Article 17 The Standing Committee is the executive body of the members' congress and the permanent body of the Association. It leads the association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and is responsible to the member congress. The Standing Committee consists of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairmen, the Secretary-General and the Ministers. The functions and powers of the Standing Committee are:
(a) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress;
(two) to elect and recall the president, vice president and secretary general;
(three) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;
(four) to report the work and financial situation to the general assembly (or representative assembly);
(five) to decide to absorb and recall members;
(six) to decide on the establishment of various departments;
(seven) to decide on the appointment of the Deputy Secretary General and the principal responsible persons of various departments;
(eight) to lead the work of various departments of the association;
(nine) to formulate internal management system;
(10) To decide on other major matters.
Article 18 A meeting of the Standing Committee shall be held only when more than two thirds of the members of the Standing Committee are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than half of the members of the Standing Committee are present.
Article 19: The Standing Committee meets every two weeks; Special circumstances can also be held irregularly.
Article 20 The president, vice-president, secretary-general and department heads of this Association must meet the following conditions:
(a) support the party's line, principles and policies;
(two) have a greater influence in the association;
(three) enthusiastic about the work of student associations, proactive;
(4) the academic performance is above average;
(5) I have not been punished by the school during my college years.
Article 21 The term of office of the President, Vice-President, Secretary-General and heads of departments of this Association shall be decided by the general meeting of members of this Association, with a term of one year and no more than two consecutive terms. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be approved by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives at the members' congress and reported to the Communist Youth League Committee and the Federation of Associations for approval before taking office.
Article 22 The President of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) Preside over the meetings of the executive body;
(two) to co-ordinate the overall work of the Association;
(three) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the general assembly (or representative assembly) and the executive body of the association;
(four) to nominate the vice president, the secretary general, the chairman of the board of directors and the principal responsible persons of various departments, and submit them to the Standing Committee for decision;
(five) to preside over and coordinate the daily work of various departments and formulate annual work plans;
(6) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association;
(seven) to communicate with community associations and schools on behalf of the community.
Article 23 The Vice President shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan;
(2) Coordinating the work of subordinate institutions, representative institutions and entity institutions;
(three) to investigate, explain and supervise all aspects of society, and make proper coordination and arrangements;
(four) to assist the president in handling other daily affairs.
Chapter VII Payment of Membership Fees, Sources and Use of Funds
Twenty-fourth sources of funds of this Association:
(1) membership fees;
(2) donation;
(3) Income from activities or services provided within the approved scope of activities;
(4) Schools, the Communist Youth League and social welfare federations;
(5) Other lawful income.
Article 25 The Association collects membership fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the College Youth League Committee.
Article 26 The funds of this Association must be used for the business scope and career development stipulated in the articles of association, and may not be used for other purposes or distributed among members.
Article 27 The Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Article 28 The Association shall have full-time financial personnel. When the financial personnel change, they must go through the handover procedures with the receiver.
Article 29 The asset management of this Association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the Youth League Committee of South China University of Technology and the Social Federation, and accept the supervision of the general assembly (or representative assembly) and guidance units at all levels. If the source of assets belongs to special funds or social donations and subsidies, it must accept the supervision of the Youth League Committee and publish relevant information to the members in an appropriate way.
Thirtieth before replacing or replacing the person in charge of the Association, the Association must accept the financial audit organized by the Youth League Committee.
Article 31 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association.
Chapter VIII Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Thirty-second amendments to the articles of association of this association shall be submitted to the members' congress for deliberation after being voted by the Standing Committee.
Article 33 The revised articles of association of the Association shall come into effect within 15 days after it is approved by the Youth League Committee and approved by the Federation of Associations.
Chapter IX Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination
Article 34 If this Association needs to be cancelled due to the completion of its purpose or its own dissolution, division or merger, the executive organ of this Association shall propose a termination motion.
Article 35 The motion to terminate this association must be voted by the general meeting of members and reported to the guiding unit for approval.
Thirty-sixth before the termination of this association, a liquidation organization should be established under the organization of the Youth League Committee to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
Article 37 The Association shall be terminated after the cancellation of registration by the Youth League Committee.
Article 38 The remaining property after the termination of the Association shall be disposed of in accordance with the relevant regulations of South China University of Technology under the supervision of the Youth League Committee.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 39 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Standing Committee of Health Care Association of South China University of Technology.
Article 40 The amendment of the Articles of Association must be approved by more than half of all members.
Article 41 The Articles of Association shall come into effect as of the date of establishment of the Association.

Advisory Group: Because of the particularity of this association, we really need the support of people from all walks of life, so we set up an advisory group. The role of the advisory group is to help the association grow and develop, make suggestions for the association, provide manpower and technical help for the association, and also help the association to publicize. The members of the advisory group are
1. Teachers of related majors in the school;
2. Junior and senior staff who have left the Association if they are still willing to contribute to the Association;
3. Outstanding personnel who care about the development of the association but at the same time have no time to participate in the regular activities of the association.
Chief strategy consultant, also known as CEO, is responsible for contacting and convening all consultants of the association regularly, collecting relevant opinions from the advisory group, and helping the association to extract resources from the advisory group for its regular activities. The president and vice president are responsible for the daily work of the association. The CEO also supervises the development of the association. CEO and president are at the same level, and their core function is to jointly safeguard the operation of the association and promote its development.
