Your method is wrong. Going to the gym every day can only be effective if you practice one or two parts carefully. You can only do 100 light exercise of muscle endurance, which has little effect on shaping.

1. Practicing chest muscles requires multiple groups of exercises with large weight and few times. I usually practice 8- 10 groups. The first group is to warm up with light weight, and the rest is to gradually increase the weight, and each group does 6-8. Basically, the last two groups are very difficult. Rest between each group 1 min. After doing bench press, rest for 5 minutes to be a bird and tilt up the bench press. Go to the gym to practice abdominal muscles and do five sets of sit-ups every day, because abdominal muscles need a lot of exercise to stimulate.

2. You can do chest-leg-back circulation without practicing the whole body every day. It's no use. Chest on Monday, legs on Tuesday, back on Wednesday, rest on Thursday and then cycle. When you are in the gym, you should practice every part until it swells, and you can feel the muscles swell. Eat more protein food, there is no need to eat protein powder. Eat three meals a day. If you are hungry, you can have some snacks such as bread. Drink plenty of water and pay attention to rest.
