According to the provisions of the new law, those who organize or carry out entertainment and fitness activities in public places such as squares and parks, fail to comply with the regulations of managers of public places on activity areas, time periods and volume, fail to take effective measures to cause noise pollution, or use audio equipment in violation of regulations to produce excessive volume, can be fined up to 1000 yuan.

Legal basis:

Article 82 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution violates the provisions of this Law and commits any of the following acts, and the department designated by the local people's government shall persuade and educate and order it to make corrections; Those who refuse to make corrections shall be given a warning. Individuals can be fined more than 200 yuan 1000 yuan, and units can be fined more than 2000 yuan and less than 20000 yuan:

(a) Use loudspeakers in places where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated;

(2) Organizing or carrying out entertainment and fitness activities in public places, failing to comply with the regulations of managers of public places on the activity area, time and volume, failing to take effective measures to cause noise pollution, or using audio equipment in violation of regulations to produce excessive volume;

(3) failing to carry out indoor decoration activities on the completed and delivered buildings within the specified working hours, or failing to take effective measures to cause noise pollution;

(four) other illegal acts caused by noise pollution in social life.
