Practice of salted and crisp chicken:
1.2-3 chicken legs or 2 chicken breasts
2. Wash the chicken legs, remove the bones and cut them into pieces of uniform size.
3. Put in a bowl, add yellow wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper, shredded onion and shredded ginger, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
4. The braised chicken is wrapped with granular sweet potato starch.
5. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot and heat it. When the oil temperature reaches 50% to 60%, put the chicken into the pot piece by piece, and stir fry properly when frying to avoid chicken adhesion.
6. When the chicken is fried to golden brown, it can be taken out, drained of excess oil, and eaten with salt and pepper.
