Time: 5- 10 minutes
Number of people: unlimited
Summary: This is an impossible task, but it can bring endless laughter to players.
Target: 1. Make the group full of vitality.
2. Create a harmonious atmosphere and lay a good foundation for subsequent training activities.
3. Let the players have natural physical contact and cooperation, and eliminate shyness and shyness.
Step: 1. Let the team members form a close circle, including yourself.
Let each player put his arm on the shoulder of the neighbor. As shown in the main picture.
Tell everyone that we will face a very difficult task. This task is to let everyone take three big steps towards the center of the circle, while keeping the circle surrounded by everyone from being destroyed.
After everyone knows the requirements of the game, let everyone take the first step together. After taking the first step, give everyone some encouragement and praise.
5. Now proceed to the second step. After the second step, you may not have to dig for words of praise and encouragement, because the present situation has made everyone laugh.
6. Take the third step, and the result may be that the circle is broken and many players fall to the ground. Although it is difficult to complete the task successfully, this activity will make everyone laugh and their troubles disappear.
Discuss the problem:
Security: 1. When taking the third step, you should pay special attention not to let some players fall too hard.
2. If there are more participants, such as more than 40 people, it may be better to play games in groups.
You can play this game blindfolded.
(2) Spider webs
Time: 1 hour
Number of players: there is no limit. When the number of players is large, players need to be divided into several groups consisting of 8 ~ 12 people.
Props: (each group)
Choose two sturdy trees (to support the spider web).
Nylon rope or other similar rope (used to weave spider webs).
Eight bolts, or a few wires, or even a few ropes will do.
Eye patch, if someone is bitten by a spider, his eyes will be covered.
Option: a small bell used as an alarm; A large rubber spider used to create an atmosphere.
Summary: This is a well-known outdoor game, which is a perfect combination of fantasy and challenge. It can be used to create teams, cultivate teamwork spirit, learn conflict handling skills, cultivate leadership skills and exercise communication skills. Although this game requires some preparation work by the training specialist, these preparations will definitely bring great returns.
Objective: To cultivate team spirit.
2. Improve communication.
3. Reflect the role of collaborative work in solving problems.
4. unite the players.
5. Learn to overcome seemingly intractable problems.
Preparation: Trainers need to set up a spider web for each group, and the specific methods are as follows:
1. Make 8 fixed points on 2 trees with bolts or ropes (as shown in figure 1), with 4 points on each tree, the lowest fixed point is about 20cm(8 inches) from the ground, and the distance between the fixed points on the same tree is 70era(2 feet 4 inches). So the highest fixed point is about 2.3 meters (7 feet 8 inches) from the ground.
2. After the fixed point is completed, measure the length of nylon rope needed to weave the net frame with the fixed point.
Length of nylon rope = (distance between two trees+distance between the highest fixed point and the lowest fixed point) ×2
It's best to tie a knot on the nylon rope before weaving the frame. The knotting method is to start from one end of the nylon rope and tie a knot every10 ~15cm. The function of knotting is to prevent the internal network cable from sliding at will (as shown in Figure 2).
3. Weave the edges of cobwebs. The specific method is as follows: from the tree L, tie one end of nylon rope to the lowest fixed point of the tree L; Pass the rope through the other three fixed points of the tree 1 from bottom to top to reach the highest fixed point; Pull the rope from the highest fixed point of 1 tree to the highest fixed point of 2 trees; Pass the rope through the four fixed points of the tree 2 from top to bottom to reach the lowest fixed point; Pull the rope back from the lowest fixed point of the No.2 tree to the lowest fixed point of the L tree; Tighten the rope to form a rectangle, and the remaining rope is fixed at the lowest fixed point of the tree 1.
4. Weave the inside of the spider web. Start from a corner of the frame, simulate the appearance of spider web, and weave a web. Pay attention to weaving a proper amount of holes big enough on the internet so that players can drill through them during the game. (See the main picture for details)
5. (Optional) After weaving the spider web, you can put a rubber spider and a small bell on the web. Rubber spiders can set off the atmosphere, and small bells can play the role of alarm to report that someone touches the net.
Step: 1. Divide the players into groups of 8 ~ 12 people.
2. Make an opening speech for the game. The opening is as follows:
Your team is trapped in the virgin forest. The only way out of the forest was blocked by a huge spider web. You must go through it (you can't bypass it, and you can't go above or below it). Fortunately, the spider is sleeping now. But unfortunately, spiders are easily awakened. In the process of crossing the spider web, once someone touches the spider web, no matter whether it is light or heavy, the spider will be awakened immediately, jump on it and bite people, resulting in blindness of the people crossing and passing by. In addition, each hole can only be used once. In other words, different people must go through different holes in the net.
3. In the case of multiple groups participating in the game, let the group that finished the game first be the guardian and observe how other groups play the game.
4. After all teams finish the game, guide team members to discuss issues such as teamwork, communication, conflict and leadership.
Examples of discussion questions:
What problems did you encounter during the game?
How to analyze the problem? What is everyone's task?
How did you overcome the difficulties?
What factors contributed to the successful completion of the game?
Are there any conflicts during the competition? How do you handle conflicts?
Is there a team leader during the competition? Are others forced to accept leadership? How do they feel about it?
What does this game reveal?
How to link this game with our actual work?
Safety: Be careful not to let the players fall from the net hole.
Flexibility: 1. You can change the rules of the game during the game and increase the difficulty of the game.
2. The consequence of touching the net can also be to make the player dumb immediately.
If you find that some people have a strong desire for leadership and have completely controlled the whole game, and you need to change this situation, then you can let spiders bite them. In this way, they will be blind or lose their voice. This blindness or loss of voice can be temporary (for example, 5 minutes); It can also be permanent, that is, it lasts until the end of the game. In this way, others can also have the opportunity to play a leading role.
4. If you may use this game many times, then we suggest that you use PVC pipe as a support to support the spider web. Make a fixed point on the pipe and pull the net wire. So every time you do training, just take it out and use it.
In order to increase the difficulty of the game, you can also let each group cross the spider's web with buckets full of water, which can be described as an antidote to treat people bitten by spiders after successful crossing.
