What is even more surprising is that after sweating like rain in the gym, I actually have a long-lost sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. This feeling is like getting excellent grades in an exam. I think maybe some kind of hormone in the body will play a certain stimulating role.

? Furthermore, from the perspective of equipment environment. There is an open-air swimming pool in our school, but due to the cost limitation and the health consciousness of the managers, the sanitation and disinfection work of the swimming pool (hall) is not very good, so many students are discouraged. In contrast, the swimming pool disinfected regularly in the gym can make us feel at ease. At the beginning, I also got an annual card for this point. Later, my roommate was also accepted by Amway. Besides the swimming pool, there is also a treadmill. Although the school playground can give me a feeling of being eighteen again, the open-air environment, the exposed sun and the pungent air also make it difficult for me to take a step. In contrast, when running in the gym, because the machine is running at a constant speed, plus the comfortable environment and passionate music, I don't want to stop when I move, and I often don't feel tired after running for hours.

? The most important thing is competition and role model effect. I have three or two friends every time I run. Even if they don't come, there will be many handsome girls on the treadmill. This environment is like a student entering a top class. In this atmosphere of national sports, fitness will also form a very obvious competitive effect in small groups. This virtuous circle of mutual encouragement will give people involved a kind of happiness outside the body.
